The University of Cumbria Law School is hosting a Professional Development Law showcase evening on Monday 12th December at 6 - 7.30pm at the Carlisle Business Interaction Centre.
You are invited to find out about professional development opportunities in law for you and your organisation and partnership opportunities with the law school.
You will have the opportunity to meet our students and law staff and find out what makes our law programmes so successful.
We are ranked the 2nd law school in the United Kingdom for student satisfaction with tutor feedback.
We are ranked 2nd University in the United Kingdom for graduate success in employability.
Our courses can be studied full time, part time, and via flexible and bespoke model of delivery (subject to sustainable cohort size)
If you already hold a degree in any subject discipline, we are keen to see you at our law showcase event – our Graduate Diploma in law conversion course is nine months in length and puts you in a position to study as a solicitor or barrister or to seek promotion in a variety of different professions.
Our Masters in law programmes are designed to offer you expertise in one of the three specialisms: International Commercial, International Criminal and Information Technology law. We would also encourage you to study any of the modules on the masters programme as a stand-alone module and upon successful completion you will be awarded a certificate of achievement in the subject area.
Finally, if you are interested in developing your advocacy and courtroom skills, whether for promotion or expertise in your profession, our bespoke Practical lawyering skills module offers you practical courtroom skills for international and national practice.
